22nd July 2019
On 3 July, the Junior Primary travelled to the Grahamstown National Art’s Festival. The first show was thoroughly enjoyed as we watched Maxwell the Bubblologist. His show was a perfect mix of humour and talent. He created an assortment of different shapes, colour and sized bubbles, which left the children awestruck. After spending some time wandering around the Village Green, we watched another show called The Boy Who Cried Ninja. Before it began, the children were encouraged to dress up in an assortment of costumes that really enabled them to become part of the show. The actors were brilliant and the children learnt a wonderful lesson, which is ‘to always be honest’.
