Comprehensive hearing screenings were conducted on learners at school by Exclusive Audiology from Port Elizabeth last Tuesday.  In order to ensure that children have no physical barriers impeding their learning, it is vital that their hearing be tested regularly. A minor hearing loss has proven to have a negative impact on a child’s academic progress. The sooner it is detected the better in the long run.
